Composition:

1% Diclazuril

Product Features:

1.Outstanding pharmacological properties: highly effective, broad-spectrum, and safe.

Diclazuril is one of the anticoccidial agents requiring the lowest dosage. When using the 1% solution, normally add 50~100 mL per 1000L of water (to achieve an effective concentration of 0.5~1 ppm) for effective prevention and treatment of coccidiosis. It possesses a broad anticoccidial spectrum and demonstrates good efficacy against various Eimeria species in poultry, including Eimeria tenella, Eimeria acervulina, and Eimeria mivati, etc.

2.Formulation innovation: overcome solubility challenges and increase bioavailability.

Using special cosolvents and solubilization technologies to stably dissolve the active ingredient, allowing administration via drinking water. Compared with solid dosage forms, the solution is generally more readily absorbed by the body, thereby delivering better therapeutic efficacy.

3.No cross-resistance: Diclazuril is a non-ionic anticoccidial agent and exhibits no cross-resistance with ionophore-type polyether antibiotics (such as monensin and salinomycin) or other synthetic anticoccidial medicine, making it highly suitable for use in rotation or shuttle medication programs.

Usage and Indications:

Anticoccidial agent. Used for the prevention of coccidiosis in chickens.

Dosage and Administration:

Chicken: 0.05~1ml per liter of drinking water.

Precautions

1.Do not use in laying chicken or in poultry producing eggs for human consumption.

2.The stability period of the medicated solution after mixing with drinking water is only 4 hours, therefore, it must be prepared freshly immediately before use, otherwise, the therapeutic efficacy may be compromised.

3.The duration of efficacy of this product is relatively short. The anticoccidial effect  significantly reduced after stopped medicine 1 day and essentially disappears after 2 days. 

So, continuous medication is necessary to prevent recurrence of coccidiosis.

4.Coccidia are easy to developing resistance to this product, and crossresistance (with toltrazuril) may also occur. Therefore, continuous use should not exceed 6 months. When rotating anticoccidial agents, drugs of the same class (e.g., toltrazuril) should be avoided.

5.When useing this product, operators should avoid contact with skin and eyes.
